Alexandra is a ten-year Megaformer practitioner who has trained at more than twenty studios across over a dozen U.S. cities — from Miami to New York — and taken over a thousand classes. She has spent a decade studying what separates a great Megaformer studio from a forgettable one: the coaching, the cuing, the music, the room.
She is building SlowBurn to bring that standard to Mexico City. The studio is the answer to a long, simple question — why couldn't this exist here? Her vision is uncompromising: every class is coached with the precision and presence she expects as a customer, and every detail of the space is treated as part of the workout.
